Steady sits panic, anxiety, derealization, and depersonalization next to sleep, breath, and writing. No diagnosis. No server. Notes stay on this phone.
The free layer is thin: SOS, 174 Hz for 3 min, 1 story, 1 writing, 1 breath, panic day 1, today's one clarity, the first meditation session, rain and piano for 5 min. 15 min+ listening is Pro. Pro is weekly, monthly, and yearly in the App Store. The 3-day trial is optional, on this phone. Price comes from Apple.
Cancelling is not inside the app. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Turn it off at least 24 hours before the period ends or Apple renews it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple takes the payment, so refunds follow Apple's own rules and are requested through Apple, not Steady. Steady never sees your card number.
There is no server behind Steady, so most issues are local to the device. If there is no sound, check the silent switch and the volume. If something looks wrong, email us with the support id from Settings → Help so we can help you faster.
SOS opens from the lock screen too. The streak gives 1 restore a week: bring back a missed day within 1 day or the streak resets. Badges live in the streak view. Language, voice, and the emergency line all live in Settings.
